After they ran through the circle, they found themselves on a world so much like the planet Earth, they wondered if they were home. The cats wandered around, hoping to see something familiar, something that might suggest the way back to Lyndonville.

Then Sinbad looked up and saw something so strange that he knew they weren’t on Earth. There, standing right nearby was a gigantic cat. The cat was as big as a house!

          Sinbad, Thomas and Zigger were getting ready to run, when the giant cat bent down to take a look at them. She was very curious about these tiny cats.

          "Where did you come from?" she asked. "I’ve never seen cats so small!"

          "We’re from the planet Earth," said Thomas. "We came here through a magic ring, and now we’re lost and can’t find our way home!"

          "There is a magic ring on this world, too," said the giant cat, "but it’s so far away that it would take you little cats forever to get there!"

          "Can you help us?" asked Thomas.

          "If you want to jump up on my back and hang on tight, I’ll bring you there myself," she said.

          Thomas and Sinbad climbed up onto her back, and Zigger held onto her tail. The giant cat started to run, and off they went. It was a wild ride.

          She brought them to the magic ring in no time at all. They thanked her and said good-bye. Then Sinbad, Thomas and Zigger jumped through the ring.
